Love these! Way way healthier option then Top RamanThis rice ramen is very tasty and gluten free. Also, it has less sodium than most other types of ramen noodles and no MSG.I like to add frozen veggies, tofu and roasted seaweed (Korean laver) that I cut into shreds. These help make a complete healthy meal. The laver thickens the ramen broth like the wakame in the noodles and adds flavor without adding a lot of sodium.I have made a lot of ramen variations like adding a combination of kimchi, julienned daikon, lime juice, thai basil, and different types of veggies, almost like a vegetarian kimchi stew or pho.My go to meal for cold or rainy (soup) days. A few additions, a few minutes and it’s done. This is the best (imho) of the Lotus Foods ramen varieties.Title.Got this as my wife avoids wheat and she really missed having a ramen salad her sister makes. Found this...a rice ramen so is gluten free. It has good taste, and works the same as regular wheat-based ramen. Good flavor!!The texture was good & my GF friends were happy to be able to eat ramen. Flavor is a matter of personal taste, I found these ok but bland. Easily rectified by a trip to the spice drawer.Really great for a fast and easy gluten free option. Wish it could be microwaveable but it still is a fast cook. Wish the soup was a little bit more flavorful.I do not care for the flavor at all, so I'm making my own broth to go with it. The tastes kind of like seaweed, which I can't seem to get used to. The ramen itself is okay once you get used to the texture. Not so sure I will buy it again. The flavor is so good and not overpowering with salt! I like to use it for my main seafood dishes and I love the fact they are gluten free! I will definitely purchase again!
