I didn't see any nutrition data posted here, so below is what I found on the Imagine website, which is what I remember from previous soups that I bought. However, when I looked at the label to the most recently purchased soups, they contain rice syrup and have 90 calories and 10 grams of sugar per serving, slightly more sugar than a serving of Honey Nut Cheerios. It doesn't make sense to increase sugar, because this soup doesn't taste any different to me than the previous recipe.Nutrition FactsServing Size: 1 Cup (240 g)Servings Per Container: 4Amount Per ServingCalories 80Calories from Fat 10Total Fat 1gSaturated Fat 0gTrans Fat 0gCholesterol 0gSodium 300mgTotal Carb. 16gDietary Fiber 2gSugars 2g ** this differs from the new label, which shows 10 gramsProtein 2gI think this is one of the tastier Imagine soups. I normally throw in some vegetables and chicken, and it's a lot better than buying a canned soup that's been sitting on the store shelf for a year. I used it in the past to lose weight, but because of the added sugars, I probably will pass.
