Love ❤️ theses bowls.I bought two orders of these bowls about 2 years ago. I'm ordering another two sets now. They are wonderfully lightweight and I purchased matching plastic lids that cover them perfectly. We use them every day, as you would a large bowl. They hold a lot, but they're still small enough to stack easily, and more compact than any of our other bowls. We use them in the microwave, dishwasher, andeven a convection oven. We have used them at parties, indoors, outdoors, by the pool, in the pool, one is our dogs bowl, one is an outdoor bird feeder- it holds up to the 116 degree Phx summers! Our children love to use these lightweight, durable bowls. They never chip or stain, survive all dings, and most drops. Although, we have broken 2 of the 6, in 2 years; and when they break, they shatter into a thousand little shards which are very challenging to clean up. They are still well worth it. They are not indestructible, so we're just going to try not to drop them on our hard travertine floor. I don't think a small child would break them, because it takes a drop from about 4 feet or more to shatter. They have a lifetime warranty, but they are so inexpensive, it's not worth the cost of shipping to take advantage of the replacement policy.This is lightweight but sturdy Corelle Livingware in a very convenient size for soup, 28 ounces. The bowls hold a can of soup with one can of water added to it. One disadvantage is that you have to heat the soup on your stove top, not inside the microwave oven. The bowls are not microwave proof. Presentation of the bowls is very modern and sleek with a simple bright cherry red rim. It is easy to pick up the bowl with heated soup inside of it. Soup stays at a perfect temperature during the time it takes to get it to the table and throughout the time needed to consume the entire amount of soup that is held by this bowl. This set is a brighter red, and the original set I purchased is slightly darker.Only imperfection is that most of these bowls have tiny bumps on the exterior. Mostly only noticeable by touch, and they're not cracks or anything, but just a little annoying when holding them.I really love these bowls. We received a Corelle set that we had put on our wedding registry but the bowls were just not big enough. I saw the set of these 3 bowls and I knew they'd be the perfect size for my husband and I who both like larger portions of food. They are great quality, perfectly sized, and match our set. We love the set!Well designed quality dinner plates & a great price. When it comes to dinnerware I try to focus on American brands & Corelle falls right into that view. In functionality, easy to wash & stack quite nice taking up less cabinet space compared to prior plates I had in the past. In truth, after getting my first set & had to come back & get more. Finally, it's really nice to look into my kitchen & see a vast majority of my tableware was Manufactured here in the USA. Repeat customer of the Corelle brand...Already dropped one ... still in one piece !!!I'm not qualified to own anything but this stuff ...My last set I got 20 years ago and decided I needed to replace them ...The klutz !!! LolI absolutely love that you can enjoy a large bowl of soup or cereal. The red is more of a bright cherry red. I purchased these bowls to go with a plate set of Classic Cafe Red, and Bandhani lunch plates. The color does not match, but I still love these bowls.Bin begeister über die Qualität. Made in USA.
