The colors are lovely, and the finish is smooth. Very pretty and useful dinnerware. I wish more pieces were available, such as a canister set and salt and pepper shakers.Beautiful but much bigger than my previous cereal bowls. See photos—this bowl on left and “normal” cereal bowl on right—filled with 1 cup cereal in each in 2nd photo. Bowls also don’t fit as well in my cupboards due to large size but am keeping them because they are so beautiful! If portion size is a concern of yours, these bowls will not help, unless you need to eat more. ;)it was a real headache trying to round up everything i wanted in this set. especially the dinnre bowls. u blamed amazon but i checked everywhere on line and they were no where to be found anywhere else. also i really really wish it was a service of 6 at least...service of 4 ? do they even do that anymore. i live alone and .ts too small of a set for just me too. most beautiful dishes ever. almost canceled te whole sale because i couldnt find the dinner bowls, thanks for the opertunity to give u a heads up.These bowls are exactly what I wanted for cereal or salad. I was extremely impressed with how they were packed for shipping!I ordered these 4 bowls b/c both my husband and I make old-fashioned oatmeal most mornings and we needed more good size bowls since the oatmeal tends to boil over if a smaller bowl is used. We didn't have enough of that type bowl available. These bowls are pretty, perfect size, and microwave safe. I also have used them for soup and salad and small servings of rice or veggies for two. They also stack very nicely in my cupboard. All-in-all I am very satisfied with my purchase.I bought these bowls to accent the table setting for Mothers day. They are so pretty and bring a nice cheery addition to the table setting. The flowers blend nicely with almost any other pattern you have in your table setting. The bowls are in the bottom right of the photo. I only ordered them a few days before Mother's Day. For something so expensive I can’t even begin to describe how easily these items crack all around.We are 3 adults in our household. No children. We take care of our things because we know how much we must work to pay for them! I decided that with all the gloom of the COVID-19 situation we needed some cheering to eat out of if we were going to have so much time to do so at home. This set looked so beautiful and bright that I went for it.So, I got two sets of cups (eight cups total), one set of dinner plates, one set of bowls and one set of dinner bowls. I would have to say that’s the most expensive set of dinnerware that I have ever acquired. Plastic is cheaper and last longer!!First of all, their advertising is all a lie. At the time, their introductory video made you believe that the company was some artisanry handcraft family business out of Italy or something like that (I thought “well, that deserved the high price”) but the product is made in CHINA!! (The Tuscany background of the video doesn’t match China at all)They are not Microwave safe! They explode in the microwave!! I had two cups, one bowl and one dinner bowl to prove that theory.So yeah, they are pretty to look at, but if you have a family with children, then just don’t waist your money. If you have no children and tons of money then go for it.Wasn’t bought for myself package was great and the person was very pleased with her purchasedFinish on the rim of bowls very uneven , I wouldn't buy them again.Sehr schöne Schalen in sehr praktischer Größe, für Müsli, Suppe, Pudding, Griesbrei, Salat, Nudeln etc etc etc bestens geeignet. Gut in der Spühlmaschine zu reinigen. Sie bestehen aus Keramik und haben ein schönes Design. Jede Schale hat innen eine andere Farbe. Wirklich zu empfehlen!
