Unfortunately Miss Blue does not see the value in her skills and thinks what she does is not interesting at all. Although unglamorous compared to her much faster and flashier friends, Miss Blue discovers she is an important part of allowing everyone else to be able to achieve their created purposes. Without her, no one would know how to fly and her friends would be without jobs! Through her friends she is taught the important lesson that each person has skills and a design that makes them special and valuable. Miss Blue's story teaches readers a valuable lesson of self worth and belonging.This book also serves to introduce children to airplanes with the goal of hopefully sparking an interest and influence them to want to continue learning about flying. It hopefully plants a seed in them that one day may grow into an illimitable passion for all things that fly.ABOUT THE AUTHORPam is the mother, wife, motivator, and ground crew of 4 family pilots. The strings of aviation have constantly ran throughout her life, always resulting in inspiring experiences, individual growth, and amazing relationships. Pam loves sharing aviation with young children and hopes to inspire them the same way her family was inspired. Personal growth and finding one's passion have always been Pam's number one goal when she first decided to homeschool her boys at a young age. For them, aviation was the outlet that gripped them into chasing a dream greater than themselves. It helped shape their youth with personal responsibility, decision making, and diligence, ultimately resulting in aviation becoming their careers of choice.Pam discovered writing as a way to express to a new generation the life lessons aviation has taught as well as hopefully inspiring kids to one day be aviators themselves.
