I make jerky every week, so I'm familiar with jerky guns and the process. This one is simple and straightforward. Super easy to assemble, and while I only really use the flat nozzle, having a second round one is nice.My only complaints are twofold: one, that there's no plunger. You want to get the air out when stuffing the tube, and there's no tool to do so. I use the kitchen aid meat grinder, and the plunger that comes with it is a little small for this tube, but works well enough. Two, there's no cleaning brush. It's a long, thin tube, filled with raw meat. It's a bit tough to clean. An issue with all jerky guns, but a brush would be nice.All in all though, for the money, it's great, and works as advertised. Would buy again.
