This step will help to expel air from the coffee line and will help to clean the brewing head. (3)Please rotate the Steam Dial to the MAX position and wait until the air is released and water starts to flow. Allow the water to flow for about 20 seconds, then turn off the Steam Dial. This step will help to discharge air and unwanted condensate from the steam pipes. (4)Press the Steam button, when the Steam button stop flashing, rotate the Steam Dial for the machine to operate normally. Q2: HOW TO CLEAN THE MACHINE A2: All parts should be cleaned by hand using warm water and a gentle disk washing liquid, Do not use abrasive cleansers, pads or cloths which can scratch the surface, Do not clean any of the parts or accessories in the dishwasher. Q3: LOUD NOISE WHEN USE THE MILK PITCHER A3: The correct method is to lower the milk pitcher so that the steam wand’s nozzle tip is slightly exposed above the milk surface, allowing air to enter the milk. This technique will prevent excessive noise while frothing. Q4: WOULD LIKE A HOTTER CUP OF COFFEE A4: (1)Place cups in the hot cup area before making coffee. (2)Before attaching the portafilter, let the brewing head run out of the water for a while. (3)Soak the portafilter in hot water, or attach the portafilter and let the water from the brewing head run.
