I discovered weather report in the eighties while listening to fusion jazz. I have always enjoyed their music ever since they hit the jazz scene. Unfortunately, the media categorized their music as new age music; but their actually playing jazz fusion. After they broke up as a group, most of the artist went solo, especially Wayne Shorter. This CD is not as good as Black Market or Heavy Weather.
