Its better now I know what I'm doingthe main thing I would say is get very good battery'syou wont have the problem like me (see Photo this is down to battery's being low)but what I would say just buy the dymo label maker for £26 don't buy the pack for £50 its not worth itbuy the pack of 5 for around £10 just as good maybe better than the dymoThe product came with a faulty cartridge which kept printing the black ink ribbon with it. It also has the 'Z' and the 'Y' in the wrong place on the keyboard. If you click on the Z it prints a Y and vice versus. I've rang customer service with Dymo who have advised to contact Amazon. The price for this has now gone up in the past day so I don't want to simply return - I want it replaced at the same price. Trying to find a 'contact us' on Amazon is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Not happy about all this inconvenience!Love this!I've labelled all my craft items. Children's shoes etc.This machine is easy to use, although it took a bit of fiddling with to get certain information like the /.It produces 3 different print sizes, font and can be done in bold text. Which makes it very clear to read/see. Simply type, wait seconds (even on longer/bigger sentences) press the cut button. All done ready to stick on your belongings. The labels are easily removed or replaced if put on wonky!DON'T DELAY, BUY TODAY. I'd put of buying one for years, but can't live without it now!! ?I have used many brands of label maker in my job over the years and this is by far the most practical and easy to use and great value for money. The cartridges are easily changed out and there are many different sizes former and Borders you can use. The kids are able to use this age 6 and 8 without any problems and love to try out the different varieties of border styles like alligators, flowers, hearts and trains.There are both paper and plastic tape cartridges depending on your needs available for replacements and a variety of colours too.Overall great value for money, easy to use right out of the box.I didn’t get past “Go” with this - no, I tell a lie, it did switch on. The language setting was foreign, Turkish at a guess, and despite doing everything in the instructions and everything I could think of it just wouldn’t change to English for any more than a split second. Maybe the fault of the poor quality keys and casing, or maybe the software. Either way - completely useless and such poor quality that I didn’t entertain a replacement.Amazon, however, could not have been better regarding the Return. I used a drop-off point for a courier and had the refund within a few hours of handing it over.
