This maker is very easy to use, easy to clean and simply makes great coffee.This is a simple machine but don't let simplicity fool you. This machine is worth every penny If you like cold brew coffee. Trust me, you will love this. Highly recommended!this cold brew maker is perfect for my needs. I don't have a lot of counter space and don't drink coffee frequently so I only need one to make coffee occasionally. This cold brew maker is small so it doesn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen. It has the capacity for maybe 1-2 people. The timer options varies from 15-90 mins. So far I've tried using the 45 & 90 mins options and they both produced very good drink. I tried it with coffee and tea and the cold brew process really extracted all the good flavors from the coffee & tea without that burn bitterness.The cold brew maker is fairly easy to use though there are some inconsistencies in the instruction manual. The manual said to put water in the main part and turned on the maker before putting in the glass container; however, the video on the product only put ice in the main part, there is also nothing to hold the water in the main part so it would cause a huge mess to pour water in there. It's also not clear how I was supposed to drain the remaining coffee/tea from the main part after the brewing process is done. I pour the coffee/tea in the glass container to a cup then put the main part back into the glass container to let remaining liquid drain but that takes a lot of time.Overall, I think this cold brew maker does a great job that making coffee, and I highly recommend the product. There are some bad instructions in the manual but it's not that hard to work around it.This machine has me feeling like a barista. This was my first time ever making ice coffee. By the 3rd time I felt like a pro. 45min setting worked great for me. This machine is easy to clean and beginner friendly.Easy to use. It only needs water and ground coffee prepared and the electronics cover the rest of the cold brew. The whole machine can be disassembled to 5 parts and you can wash them separately. However, when you grind the coffee too much, it's possible that the ground coffee is stuck in the small holes of the filter. Also, do not re-assemble the parts before dry them, otherwise it would be like the pictureI have never owned one of these before and have only had a chance to use it a few times, but so far this seems like a good quality cold brew coffee maker. I do not drink coffee as often when it is hot, so I hate to turn on my normal coffee maker when all I want is one cup, and I would prefer something cold then. This is great because it only does small portions and does not take up a lot of counter space. It is fairly easy to use and not too hard to clean. I would recommend it.I have this cold brew coffee maker in my office.I like the dutch cold coffee, but as you know, it takes, at least, a few hours.But it takes only 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your preference.If you want to make a bold coffee, you may choose 45 mins or longer setting.But 30 min was fine with me.You can dissemble all the parts very easy and clean it separately.You can see some coffee bean particles in the coffee, but it will sit down the bottle.The taste and flavor satisfy me.One thing I wish for this item is that the bottle is a bit heavy with coffee.I wish it had a handgrip to hold it tight.I actually bought this one and another one that's similar. I do a lot of driving and knew that I'd want one for home and for the road.This one is the best for that! It's very easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee! The flavor seemed very smooth compared to using the same coffee in a traditional pot. Love it! This will be going on many trips!Update: I've now used this a few times for loose- leaf tea, also. Works well and good flavor. I have noticed though that tiny bits of tea or coffee will come through the strainer into the cup. It isn't much or noticeable once I add cream but it is worth noting.
