Nothing more than a vinyl dust cover with poorly stitched seams. The tuning machines on my Jazz bass went right through the seam as I tried to put it into the bag, and it looks like none of the other seams would have lasted very long anyway. Maybe good for long-term storage, although a plastic sheet would serve that purpose just as well.
