I am gluten free not by choice, before I was I used to eat ramen by choice! I loved it and it’s one of the things I miss and crave. This is the closest item I have found to be comparable but it isn’t really. I get the single packs because they come with a spice packet. If you buy the larger packs they do not come with a spice packet and they are gross plain. These take longer to cook then ramen, you need to boil water and let them cook in it. The taste is a little strong not like the beef ramen I wish I could eat that, these are more of an Asian flavor, and the noodles are definitely a different texture. It’s ok for me but I think you need to have a reason to eat these like you can’t have ramen, otherwise I’d never eat these over them. Also the portion is ok but that’s it. It’s kind of small and very expensive . Like ramen isn’t that big but this costs 6 x the amount of 1 pack of ramen for a small pack of noodles.it would not feed a hungry person or grown man.These are a wonderful and healthy alternative to traditional ramen offerings, but the flavor packet is gross. I usually cook and drain the noodles and then season them with chili oil or peanut sauce with lots of veggies. It’s an easy and delicious meal!The flavor is subtle but delicious. The portion is perfect, not too big, not too small. The noodles are good for gluten free noodles. They didn’t get mushy or feel gritty when eating them. Overall a good gluten free ramen.I have Celiac Disease and have been craving ramen! This is a decent replacement for wheat ramen. While the flavor isn’t quite there and the noodles are a little thicker than desirable, it’s worth the costly investment to overcome the craving. Add veggies, protein, and salt for sure!This ramen satisfies my need for ramen which is gluten free. Once it goes on sale again, I will order more.I love this brand! The only issue with this bill packaging is that the noodles are very short! They are about 6” in length so not great for stir fry or ramen soup. They are not individually sealed either. So you must have a food saver or air tight container to store after opening.love itEasy and delicious
