I’ve used my frother every, single, day for a year and a half. Oat milk blends THE best, and I’ve tried every non dairy milk you can think of. I cannot recommend this product enough. I’m obsessed. My boyfriend is obsessed. My sister is obsessed. Everyone we’ve given them to, obsessed. Salad dressings made at home - muah - chefs kiss. Goodbye $6 lattes! Our sturdy little frother stopped working one day, and despite replacing the batteries, it wouldn’t power. I actually cried because I had to go without foam in my coffee (pathetic, I know, but it was a tough day and I’m a social worker - sometimes we just gotta cry). I wrote customer support and the response was incredible. They responded within 24 hours and it was a customized response.. FROM A HUMAN. I had included a sad face :( in the message because I was so bummed my sturdy little frother had gone off to coffee heaven. Not only did they say they were going to “turn that frown upside down”, but they told me to stay “shining & spectacular”. Lei at Zulay, you are an angel. The frothers have a LIFETIME WARRANTY, folks! Customer support are actual people - like whaaattt?! So unreal this day in age. I paid shipping and cannot wait to have a Zulay frother back in my kitchen.I love this! I bought this to see if it would make a difference when adding powders to my everyday-sipping-while-at work water. You know how those like to clump up. WOWSA! did it ever make a difference. I can see other areas where it will also make a difference and can't wait to scramble a few eggs. Smooth and powerful. Really like having the stand for it as well. Didn't have to hold the stand at all, no wobble, no falling over (and I tend towards clumsy with things like stands). Light weight feel to it and I was kind of expecting a heavy battery-powered-toothbrush but nope. Glad the power button is on top as some of those things that have them on the sides/underneath I've found can be a bit a hassle. :) I tried to register for the lifetime warranty but ended up sending an email to the company (issue locating the file/form) and they got back to me quick and will take care of it for me. Only had this one day, I'll update if anything changes.This replaced a 6 year old frother that stopped working. The difference is just awesome! This thing is so powerful, that if you are not careful (hint: use a container at least twice the capacity of the beverage you are mixing), you will be licking most of the chocolate milk off your counter :)So far, this has worked out really well. The kids love to use it for various drinks they concoct.The good: Works powerfully. Very comfortable in hand. Button does not fatigue thumb. New stand design is very easy to use. Easy to clean. Seems to be a very solid build - feels like good quality.The meh: Will not hang straight i stand no matter what I try. Which is annoying to me. Probably just a fault with the stand. But the really meh is... the color. This isn't teal, by any stretch. It's simply a nice sky blue with absolutely no yellow. You want teal, you gots to add yellow. I bought it based on the picture - Carribbean Aqua was too light but the Teal pic worked great. Wanted that color to go with all the other highlight items in my kitchen that are a deep aqua / light teal. Oh well...I need a couple more of these (downstairs bar, one for the office) and they are reasonably priced and like I said they feel like a quality build, so I will buy this very one. I will get the Dragonfruit and the Gray, but I won't count on the colors matching their pics too well.Bought this item this past April 2022. The unit died mid frothing just short of 6 months. Good while it lasted.Update: I contacted Zulay, great customer service. They replaced the frother that died and had a replacement within one day! Truly is lifetime warrantyIt's like I can't drink coffee without this thing anymore!! This little wonder is powerful and used daily around here. It mixes collagen powder in my coffee perfectly and makes the oat milk frothy and lovely. I've even used it to make whipped topping for strawberry shortcake! Definitely a recommend.I froth my milk 3x a day for meds with powder cocoa. I love the ease that comes with keeping it clean from food. I love that I don't have to have hot milk during the warmer months.cons: 3x a day over 30 days means I need to replace the batteries monthly to keep the frothing power. Otherwise, it just mixes the milk but doesn't create foam. If you are environmentally conscious, this is an item you may want to avoid. If you are a clean freak, you won't appreciate having fly-away fur from the long-haired cat wrapping around the whisk. (I certainly don't!)Overall, I'd love to keep this style yet plug it into a socket.I have a big milk frother heater that has a minimum level that is too much sometimes and can be annoying to clean.
