Granddaughter loves it it’s easy to useI bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I am upset that it did not come with everything it said it would come with. It’s missing the wireless remote, mobile selfie LED light, and the backdrop guide book.If I could give it no stars I would. We purchased this for a school project and we regret it. First we did not receive the item we paid 56 dollars for. We received some other kit that was not close to what we wanted. No accessories, poor quality items and also, horrible vendor. And so so so pricey! DONT BUY! Buyer beware!What do you get a 14 year old grandchild for Christmas? At that age, too old for toys really and too young for lots of other things! This is perfect!As a matter of fact, I'm going to buy one for another child!Great thank you so muchFantasic customer service. I recived this item and 1 part wasnt working. I contacted the seller and sent a picture of the part that needed replacing and it was delivered within days. Excellent service. Very happy. The product itself is fantastic come with so much. My little girl will love this for christmas. I opened and tried it all to make sure all is working and its a great gift.Instructions in a different language which doesn’t help you know how to use the apps ect. Erste ernüchternde Feststellung zu Weihnschten, dass Produkt ist NUR in Englisch erklärt. Hier waren wir das erste Mal ratlos. Es ist auch keine kostenlose App dabei womit man das Produkt nutzen kann. Man kann sich diverse kostenlose Apps laden die sehr umständlich und teils in englisch sind. Um mehr nutzen zu können muss man was kostenpflichtiges nehmen. Bei einem Produkt von über 50 Euro sehr schade und wir können es nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Sehr enttäuscht.
