First found this product at my local grocery store, bought them out but they've not restocked.This is absolute comfort food by the cup. Taste like my favorite Japanese restaurants miso but in a packet; almost questioned id they used this product.I started by using 1 packet which equals 1 cup, to two packets. Then I began, despite owning miso paste, using a few packets for my homemade miso. It includes the kombu and enough of it to create your own pot of soup.Down the road I have used 3 packets along with local tofu to transcend this product which I deem versatile.To current I've been using it as a comfort glass of soup before bed. Its like hot coacoa on a cold day.Amazing product by itself but can also provide company to any dish.No complaints from me.
