I’ve had Shin ramen over 20 years and I was delighted that this company has brought a ‘non-fried’ version. You can get several benefits from this: no worries from trans fat, only 350kcal (vs. 510kcal), texture of noodles are improved, sizes of dried veggie chunks are bigger and I don’t feel bloated after eating this ramen. highly recommend!
