How to use our dashi broth packet 1. Place 1 dashi packet in 500ml~600ml of room-temperature water, boil on low medium heat until it reaches a low boil. By adding room-temperature water instead of hot water, the umami of the ingredients is properly extracted to create delicious dashi. 2. Turn heat down to low and continue cooking for 5 minutes while occasionally stirring the dashi packet. The key is to simmer on low heat without allowing it to boil fully. 3. Please remove the dashi broth packet. As a condiment You can also use sprinkle the contents of the bag onto marinated dishes, pan-fried dishes, deep-fried dishes, and boiled dishes to season them.
